This is a safe and sacred space for those on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and healthy living!

I want it to feel like a sacred online sanctuary for spiritually and health-conscious people, especially those who resonate with yogic values and seek a deeper, more authentic sense of community than social media offers.

Here, we celebrate the beauty of a yogic lifestyle that nourishes body, mind, and spirit through yoga, meditation, mantra, tantra, raw plant-based nutrition, natural living, Retreats and meaningful travel to sacred places.

This intimate, private space is free of judgment, a place where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're new to the path or have been walking it for years, your presence is valued and welcomed.

You are invited to share your stories, ask questions, and connect with others. Whether it's your experiences with yoga, holistic health, healing, spiritual practice, or just thoughts from the heart, this is your space too.

I’m here for you personally as well. Don’t hesitate to reach out or ask me anything. This community is an extension of the love, care, and personal attention I offer in my retreats.

With love and light ✨❤️✨

✨Tara

Our Shared Intention:

We are here to:

  • Support each other's authentic expression and growth
  • Create a sanctuary for exploring the yogic and tantric lifestyle safely
  • Honour both our humanity and our divinity
  • Build a genuine community rooted in love and respect
  • Protect the sacred teachings and transmissions shared here

This is our temple. We tend it together.

I honour that light in you as in me!

In that place where we are ONE!

  1. What does “home” feel like inside my body?
(Where do I feel grounded, safe, or peaceful?)
  2. When do I feel most like *me***?*
(What am I doing, who am I with, what is the energy like?)*
  3. What parts of myself have I been ignoring or pushing away?
(What would it feel like to gently welcome them back?)
  4. In what moments do I disconnect from myself?
(What triggers that, and how might I come back with kindness?)
  5. What is one small ritual or habit that helps me return to myself?
  6. What does my body need from me today?
    (Rest, movement, nourishment, touch, stillness?)
  7. If my inner voice could speak freely, what would it say to me now?
  8. Where in my life am I longing to feel more at home?
    (Emotionally, spiritually, physically?)
  9. What am I ready to release, in order to come home more fully to myself?
  10. What does it mean to live from my centre — my truth?
(How might my life look if I honoured that every day?)

You can write a little each day, choose one that speaks to you in the moment, or even combine them, journaling right after when your heart is open and clear 💗

I like to use certain words during my yoga classes that maybe need more explanation and also Yoga itself uses a lot of Sanskrit words that maybe need translation, hopefully, that will give you have more clarity and understanding about them...

A common language is key in every community that shares common interests and visions of life.

If you believe that there is an important term missing here please offer us your suggestion!

  1. DIVINE: Of or relating to God, especially the Supreme Being. Addressed, appropriated, or devoted to God or a god.
  2. GOD: The Divine connection, Higher Energy, or the Absolute.  However, you want to call the Supreme force that guides you. God is all that is. God is in you, me, nature, God is the Universe.
  3. GODDESS: In the Tantric view the Goddess is all of Life and the Power of the Universe. Life has many various expressions and hence there are many Cosmic Powers, that are also referred to as Goddesses. This understanding supports the notion that all of Life is intrinsically sacred.
  4. RITUAL: A ritual is a sequence of activities or steps involving gestures, words, and objects and designed to give space to the Divine or higher intelligence. Rituals make the veils between realities thinner. Rituals provide a space for the wisdom of the Soul to be revealed.
  5. EMBODIMENT: Embodiment is the experience that makes a concept practical and lived. It is also a type of practice that works deeply on the level of the physical body, with the awareness that the body is the vessel that carries our soul in this lifetime.
  6. SHANTI: Means peace. We often chant, “Om Shanti Shanti Shanti,” as an invocation of peace at the beginning or end of our yoga practice. In Buddhist and Hindu traditions, you chant "Shanti" three times to represent peace in body, speech, and mind.
  7. CHAKRAS: Means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
